Turkey Stuffing Casserole - 8 points

Have you noticed the presentation of this and the Cream Cheese Corn? Not that my normal style is stellar, but are you wondering about the aluminium pans. I promise to tell you....

Turkey Stuffing Casserole (adapted from the back of a thousand stuffing boxes)
2 lbs turkey meat, chopped or pulled (I made a "rotisserie" turkey and pulled the meat off)
1 package stuffing mix
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs frozen, mixed vegetables

1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
2. Mix stuffing with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish or brownie sized pan.
3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
4. Yields 8,  8 point servings
