Hummus and Tomato Pizza
1 low carb pita
1 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
1/2 tomato, sliced
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1/8 cup reduced fat feta
1. Spread pita with hummus. Layer on tomatoes; sprinkle with onions. Top with feta cheese.
2. Place on a stone or baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for ten minutes. Turn heat to broil and cook an additional 2 minutes to brown cheese.
4. Yields 1, 5 point serving
