Wilted Mustard Greens - 0 points

Wilted Mustard Greens
½ lb chopped mustard greens
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

1.       Place greens in a microwave steamer with ¼ cup water. Steam for 3 minutes, until slightly wilted.
2.       In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until the garlic begins to caramelize.
3.       Add greens, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and stir. Heat an additional 10 minutes over low heat to blend flavors. Makes 4, 0 point servings
